Lean Advantage Founder and Principal

Andrea's insights into successful product development came from growing up with entrepreneurial parents and her professional experience mentoring startups.

She noticed that startups seek ongoing customer communication because it helps them understand what's valuable and how to innovate. They use analytics, automated feedback tools, and meaningful customer conversations to inform products and their delivery.

While working at an international telecom company, Andrea saw that the bootstrapping startup entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and customer connection can get lost as companies grow. These experiences motivated her to scale the customer analysis and engagement techniques that work well in lean startups for large organisations.

Her mission is to see organisations become more innovative, sustainable, and profitable by engaging all team members in the customer journey and empowering them to self-organize to deliver consistent value.

Andrea has enjoyed working with the leaders and executives of mid-sized companies and global enterprises to build agile teams and leadership through process improvements, methodologies, and logistics. Lean Advantage's clients come from diverse sectors such as technology, finance, insurance, agriculture, health, and fast-moving consumer goods. She is a frequent podcast guest and conference speaker and authored a chapter of the book Agile People Principles: Your Call to Action for the Future of Work.
